Wildlands Lunch Safari Cruise Itinerary
12:45 – Arrive at Corroboree Billabong. We suggest you allow some time to stretch your legs and visit the bathroom before boarding the safari boat as there are no toilet facilities on board.
13:00 – Lunch Safari Cruise departs the Wildlands Wetlands Safari pontoon for a 2 hour cruise on the beautiful Corroboree Billabong which makes up part of the internationally significant Mary River Wetlands system. While on the Lunch Safari Cruise, your expert guide will do their best to help you capture some great snaps to take home by getting you up close and personal with some of the biggest crocs in the area. You guide will also be able to point out some of the 280 bird species that call the Mary River Wetland system home. During the cruise, the custom built safari boat will be parked among the lotus flowers in a secluded area of the billabong so you can soak in the tranquility of the Top End while enjoying your lunch which is provided.
15:00 – Lunch Safari Cruise will return to the Wildlands Wetlands Safari pontoon where you can return to Darwin or continue on your way to Kakadu National Park.
